$50.00 (5 color maximum)

ART:
Camera ready, separated art preferred. Business card or letterhead is acceptable when accompanied by PMS (Pantone) numbers.

IMPRINT AREA:
Specify 3/4" or 7/8" imprint area for logos.

DOUBLE LOGO/ PERSONALIZATION:
$4.00 per dozen (24+ dozen)

PERSONALIZED CRITERIA:
Size: 1/16" is standard.
1/8" used if 8 characters or less.
Colors: Blue, Black, Red & Green.
Maximum of 3 lines of 17 chars. and spaces.
Minimum order 12 dozen.

SHIP TIME:
New Orders........9-12 working days
Repeat orders....7-9 working days
Personalized......5 working days

FREIGHT CHARGES:
$1.50 per dozen
